01Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to build, launch and maintain your website.

• Contact details such as your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Business information you send us for your website, such as services, hours, prices, photos, logos and text.
• Account access you share with us, such as access to your domain registrar so we can connect your site.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We see your name, the amount and the last four digits of your card, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us by email, phone, text or our website forms.
• Basic usage data from our pages, such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools on our hosting platform.

02How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Design, build, launch and maintain your website
• Process payments and send receipts
• Respond to your questions and edit requests
• Send you service updates, such as launch confirmations, billing notices and changes to our terms
• Keep our services secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

03Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Stripe, to process payments
• Our website hosting and CRM platform, to host your website and manage our communications with you
• Your domain registrar, to connect your domain
• Email and phone providers, to communicate with you

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

04Your Website's Visitors

When people fill out a contact or lead form on the website we build for you, their submissions are stored on our hosting platform and delivered to you. We handle that information on your behalf, only to run your website, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

You are responsible for how you use your visitors' information and for any privacy notice your own business needs. We are happy to help you add one to your site.

05Cookies

Our pages and the websites we host may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember settings and measure basic traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly without them.

06How Long We Keep It and How We Protect It

We keep your information for as long as you are a client, and afterward for as long as we need it for records, taxes or legal reasons. If you cancel, we will send you a copy of the text and images you provided on request within 30 days, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

We use secure, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and will tell you promptly if a problem affects you.

07Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or billing reasons
• Stop sending you non-essential emails or texts

08Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will email active clients before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page.
